Booksy is an online platform that I use for all my appointments. Once you book your 1st appointment with me I will contact you via email or text message. A deposit is then requested to confirm the booking which I will send you as a secure payit link which is appreciated at time of booking. I can however send my BACS details if preferred.
**PLEASE NOTE DEPOSIT PAYMENTS ARE ONLY TAKEN AT 1ST APPOINTMENT** all follow up appointments are payable on the day via QR CODE (like card payment) or BACS/CASH.
I appreciate that emergencies crop up from time to time, and that appointments may have to be cancelled. However, for any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time or No Show I reserve the right to charge full payment for a missed appointment. However I am conscious of certain situations therefore getting you rebooked for the following week would be acceptable.
This policy is not nice to enforce but it is necessary to ensure the smooth running of my business as this is my main source of income, and in fairness to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
