I appreciate that emergencies crop up from time to time, and that appointments may have to be cancelled. However, for any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time or No Show I reserve the right to charge full payment for a missed appointment. This policy is not nice to enforce but it is necessary to ensure the smooth running of my business as this is my main source of income, and in fairness to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
