As we come to the end of Breast Cancer Awareness Month I would like to highlight the benefits of massage after surgery and radiotherapy. Having experienced it at first hand I know it helped massively.

I trained in March this year with Susan Findlay on a 3 day Oncology Massage course which taught me so much more about the endless possibilities after a cancer diagnosis. The most important part of treatment is finding a qualified therapist.

If you have a close friend, a loved one that’s going through a tough time then the gift of a treatment could be well received especially in the knowledge of an experienced qualified therapist.

Vouchers can be purchased via an email enquiry jane@therackhameffect.com or post a question and I’ll get back to you.
